Chef De Partie - Burford, Oxfordshire - up to 24K Per Year

This busy hotel is popular with the locals and visitors to Burford. It is a busy, fast paced environment. The ideal Chef de Partie candidate will have previous experience of cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will confidently be able to demonstrate good knife and cooking skills. As Chef de Partie you will very much be working as part of the team, assisting with daily prep and ensuring that your section is always clean, organised and ready for service. Full training will be given on all sections and the opportunity offered to move around within the kitchen. Hotel Receptionist Tetbury, Gloucestershire - £8.50 Per Hour

Taking reservations, dealing with guests’ enquiries and assistance, check-ins and check-outs, taking payments, answering calls and emails and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
39 hour contract - must be able to work evenings & weekends.
Candidates must have previous hotel experience, knowledge of reservation booking systems, be educated to a good level with knowledge of administration and clerical procedures, computer competent and customer service experience.
Bar Supervisor Broadway, Worcestershire - 23K Per Year
High levels of customer service with a personalised touch, Able to work on own and part of a team. Must have at least 3 years previous experience in bar work
Experienced bar tender, who wants to take the next step, Strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits an advantage Assist in design of cocktail menus,
 Cellar management, Ordering and managing stock rotation
Will be trained to be a Duty Manager, role will include Cashing up Dealing with complaints Floor management
.Knowledge of Cellar management
